Check In and Out Services
Check-in times are between the hours of 2:00 p.m – 10:00 p.m. All groups must be checked out of the rooms by 11:00 a.m. Requests may be made for earlier check-in or later check-out times, but these may not be available or may result in additional charges.

Check-out Date: Saturday July 27, 2024
REU/Intern Keys
Check-in: Individual will check-in at the Lake Claire Community Office upon arrival. Staff will issue key cards, lanyards, pin codes and demonstrate how to use them to each individual.
Check-out: Individual will check-out at the Lake Claire Community Office upon departure. All keys must be returned and the occupied space must be free of all items and trash.
Any unreturned keys will result in a $50.00 fine per keycard, or $75.00 per hard key.
Intern groups are billed for lost keys as a whole, but labeled key packets allows for the specific individual to be identified so the group leader can collect payment, if desired.
REU participants are responsible for paying any remaining fees directly to UCF Housing upon departure.
