In their new publication in Frontiers in Neuroscience, “Application of graph theory for identifying connectivity patterns in human brain networks: A systematic review“, Farzad Farahani, Dr. Waldemar Karwowski, and Dr. Lighthall provide new insights into how to utilize graph theoretical measures to make neurobiological inferences regarding the mechanisms underlying human cognition, behavior, and brain disorders. Dr. Karwowski is a UCF Pegasus Professor, Chairman of the UCF Department of Industrial Engineering and Management Systems, and directs the UCF Computational Neuroergonomics Laboratory. His student, Farzad Farahani, is currently completing his training in the Computational Neuroergonomics track of the UCF Industrial Engineering PhD program.
