Alexa completed her M.S. in the UCF Biology Department in 2015 working on racoon population genetics with Eric Hoffman. Currently she works on amphibian immunogenetics, sea turtle transcriptomics, and newt and snake conservation genetics. She’s also the Savage lab den mother.
