Community Integration

A major goal of TRIP is to help students become vibrant members of the UCF community, the community of undergraduate researchers, and the global community of life scientists. To help build these communities, TRIP scholars will (i) enroll as a cohort in the three TRIP classes, including Introduction to Research, GEAR, and Directed Independent Research, (ii) attend TRIP social events, (iii) engage in team building exercises, (iv) attend the same professional workshops, and (iv) attend scientific conferences together. Some of the team building exercises include the UCF Low Ropes Course and the UCF High Ropes Course.
