Kerstin Hamann is Senior Associate Dean and Pegasus Professor in the School of Politics, Security, and International Affairs (SPSIA). In her role as Senior Associate Dean, Hamann leads the areas of Faculty Services, Graduate Services, and IE Program Assessment. She previously served as the director of SPSIA. Hamann’s research focuses on the political role of organized labor in Western Europe, Spanish politics, and the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and more recently, the politics of child marriage. Her work has been widely published in her four books as well an numerous journal articles and book chapters and she is the recipient of numerous college and university awards.

Stephanie Lister is an Academic Support Coordinator II in the College of Sciences, where she supports Faculty Services and Institutional Effectiveness Assessment. She is a proud alumna of George Mason University (BA – Spanish, MA – Spanish, MAIS – Higher Education Administration).

Stephanie’s career in Higher Education began at George Mason University, where she worked for ten years prior to moving to Florida. Stephanie joined the University of Central Florida in 2022. In her previous positions, she has supported faculty, staff, and students in offices such as the Registrar, Graduate Admissions, and academic departments.
