Effective Monday, March 2, 2026, a vendor will need to register with UCF using Workday to become a new vendor (aka supplier). They can also use the Workday platform to update information. The request can be found on the kNEXT website at Supplier Management – kNEXT.
Please be sure to let the vendor know that there are two steps to become a new supplier. They will receive a confirmation after they complete the first step. There will be a second email with additional information to complete.
