The remaining 25% of the carryforward funds have been released for all “protected” accounts. This includes faculty start-up funds, Pegasus professor, reach for the stars, and trustee chairs funds. The foundation budget was an estimated amount on July 1, 2026, and then on July 16, 2026, the actual budget was loaded.
