We are delighted to announce that six UCF teams have participated the 2017 MCM/ICM competition during January 19-23. One UCF team was awarded Meritorious, and two other teams successfully competed this year.
Team # 71547, consisting of Matthew Lebrecque, Sabrina Mai, and Jonathan Perez, was designed as the “Successful Participant” of the Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) for the work on Problem E “Sustainable Cities Needed”. certificate
Team # 71612, consisting of Michael Groff, Evan Waldmann, and Kyle Haldane, was designed as the “Successful Participant” of the Mathematical Contest in Modeling (MCM) for the work on Problem B “Mere after Toll”. certificate
Team # 71658, consisting of Lauren Brads, Cameron Douglas, and Owen Thomas,
was designed as the “Meritorious Winner” of the Interdisciplinary Contest in Modeling (ICM) for the work on Problem D “Optimizing the Passenger throughput at Airport Security Checkpoint”. certificate
