Jazmyn is a PhD candidate in the Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology program at The University of Central Florida. Her current research explores the cognitive mechanisms behind human performance through technology design, environmental distractors, .and individual differences. Before coming to UCF, she earned her B.S. and M.S. in Psychology at Arizona State University where she conducted research on the motivations behind social media use.—Updated Oct. 2025

Cindy is a PhD student in the Human Factors and Cognitive Psychology program at The University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on the intersection of stress and social media, exploring how digital interactions influence psychological well-being. Currently, she’s looking into an exciting project that examines the relationship between stress and artificial intelligence, with a strong interest in integrating physiological measures to enhance our understanding of human performance and stress responses.
She is originally from South Africa. Beyond research, she’s an avid coffee enthusiast and loves staying active, whether it’s hitting the gym or exploring new fitness challenges.—Updated May 2025

Nick earned his B.A. in Psychology from Cleveland State University and M.A. from the University of Central Florida. His research interests include motivation as it relates to vigilance and human performance.
