The APA Conference is one of the largest conferences for presenting research in the field of psychology, as it brings together researchers and professionals from all domains that fall under the umbrella of psychology. This includes clinical psychology, industrial/organizational psychology, and human factors psychology. These large conferences expose researchers to topics they may not typically come across in their specialized field and can often lead to interesting collaborations between researchers. TRG has helped contribute to the human factors research being presented at APA conferences, bringing our unique perspective on cognition in transportation systems to a conference in which this research is less prominent.
