COS alumna releases new book and appears on TODAY show

If you’re a fan of Today Show, you might have caught fellow UCF Communication Alumna, Lauren Berger of Intern Queen, Inc. on the show earlier this week to talk about her new book: All Work, No Pay.

From customizing cover letters to staying in touch with key contacts, Lauren Berger, author of “All Work, No Pay,” reveals some of the key lessons she learned from completing 15 internships in five years.

You can become friends with Berger on Facebook and follow her updates here. She completed more than a dozen internships before she graduated college. The 27-year-old Clearwater native billed herself as the “intern queen.”

Her new book offers advice to young job seekers. The book’s subtitle leaves little room for misunderstanding Berger’s purpose: “Finding an internship, building your resume, making connections and gaining job experience.”
