Event submissions needed for UCF Black History Month

Several students , faculty and staff of the UCF Black History Month Planning Committee have been meeting for the past several months to collaborate on the campus-wide Black History Month Celebration in February 2013. The committee has planned various events and activities to recognize the significant accomplishments and rich history of black Americans during the month of February. The committee would like to bring recognition to these events by creating one central calendar of Black History Month events for the UCF community.

The deadline for all submissions is November 23, 2012. You will be notified if your event is being placed in the calendar during the week of December 5, 2012.

All programs submitted will be reviewed to be considered a part of this inaugural calendar. Due to Student Union and classroom reservation policies we cannot provide room locations for another department.
