Florida Space Institute gets a new home

The Florida Space Institute is moving. The institute is moving from the Astronaut Memorial Foundation at the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex to new offices in the Partnership I building in the Central Florida Research Park. Dr. MJ Soileau, Vice President for Research & Commercialization, said “This move will enable the center to strengthen its ties to the campus community and is part of a broad plan to position FSI to serve as a key resource in shaping the future of the nation’s space program.”

Interim Director, Dr. S. Alan Stern and Assistant Director, Dr. Joshua Colwell are directing the move which will take place June 22-26. It is possible that communications with the center may be disrupted during this period. New contact information for FSI staff can be found here: http://www.research.ucf.edu/NewDirectory.pdf.

The new address is Florida Space Institute, Partnership I Building, 12354 Research Parkway, Orlando, FL. 32826.
