Welcome Reception

Please join us for the Welcome Reception on Sunday, October 7th at 7:00pm.  This will be held at the Rosen School of Hospitality (9907 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, Florida 32819). Transportation will be provided for the short ride from the Rosen Centre Hotel and will run continuously throughout the evening.  There will be heavy Hors d’oeuvres, so there is no need  to plan for a dinner.  All participants are invited  as this is included in the conference registration fee.

Closing Banquet

The conference will be concluded with a banquet at the Rosen Centre Hotel on the evening of Thursday, October 11th. Banquet includes: Dinner, two beverage tickets and entertainment. Fellow students and poster awards will be presented at the banquet. This event is not included in the initial registration fee.  To reserve a place t this limited seating event,  please make your reservation during the registration process (you will be prompted to do so). The cost of the banquet will be $50 per person in advance, and $75 thereafter.
