January 15, 2012 – First circular (meeting announcement)

March 15, 2012 – Second Circular (Plenary-Keynote speakers) – Early registration starts – Abstract submission starts

June 15, 2012 – Early registration ends –Full registration starts

August 15, 2012 – Abstract submission ends

September 1, 2012 – Final circular (Final program announced) – On-line registration ends

October 7-11, 2012 – Conference, on-site registration and proceedings submission
