Grace graduated with an honors degree in psychology and worked in the civil service and a military research institute in Singapore. Her work in the civil service involved the application of psychometrics both in the selection and assessment of personnel, as well as in the design and conducting of research in organizational development. At the research institute, her work with the Singapore Armed Forces required her skills in the conceptualization of study design, data management and analyzes, as well as presenting research findings. Grace is currently a doctoral student in the Applied and Experimental Human Factors Psychology program at the University of Central Florida and does research on human performance and stress. She joined the ACTIVE lab in 2012 and is involved in decision making research.
