International Recognition and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict

N-Mirilovic-250x286Dr. Nikola Mirilovic recently published an article in Politics and Religion titled, “Two States in the Holy Land?: International Recognition and the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.” The article was co-authored with Dr. David Siroky. A brief summary of the article is below.

We focus on how religion shapes the incentives of states in making recognition decisions, both at the domestic level through religious institutions and at the international level through religious affinities.
