UCF team finalist in statistics competition

A UCF statistics team is one of three finalists in the A2012 Shootout Contest, which is part of the 2012 Analytics Conference.

The team, led by Professor & Chair of the UCF Department of Statistics Dr. David Nickerson, includes Mitchell Shipman, Alexander Pham, Thuy Nguyen, Karina Miu, Kim Kempeneer and Chris Wilson.

All team members are given a free registration for the conference, which will be held in October in Las Vegas.
