The Celeste
Rooms are available for attendees to reserve at the Celeste, the new 3.5-star hotel where the oral sessions will be held. We have secured highly competitive rates for the rooms, given the high quality of the hotel: $139.00 per night for either a 2 Queens or a single King bedroom, plus taxes (12.5%). There are also three Junior Suites available for $239.00 per night, plus taxes.

Student Accommodations at the Lake Claire Apartments
A limited number of dorm room accommodations are available for graduate and undergraduate students in the Lake Claire Apartments, which are within short walking distance from the conference hotel. The rate for a private room in a four-bedroom suite (with two shared bathrooms and a common area), is $250 (+3% C.C. fees) for five nights, July 10-15, i.e., $50/night. Please note that dorm accommodations are only available for the entire week of the conference (check-in Sunday July 10, check-out Friday July 15), and you will be responsible for booking your own lodging if you arrive earlier or leave later. The rate is considerably lower than that of any other accommodation option in the area. The number of places available at Lake Claire is extremely limited, so rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis and we ask you to reserve a room as soon as possible.
