We look forward to welcoming you to Orlando for ATTO VIII. Detailed information for preparing your presentations can be found below.

Contributed Talks

Contributed talks are allotted a total of 15 minutes, including questions. We ask that you prepare your talk to last no more than 12 minutes, to allow sufficient time for answering questions from the audience. Slides, in either PowerPoint or PDF format, must be provided to the conference organizers, either via email or via a USB storage unit, by 8pm on the day prior to the talk, to be uploaded onto the conference computer. This will reduce the risk of delays in the live session.

Poster Highlights

The Poster Highlights sessions consist of three concurrent sessions, partitioned by topical areas, during the first 30 minutes of each poster session. Each Poster Highlights session will consist of 9 three-minute presentations, which are meant to advertise the presenter’s poster. There will be no time for questions during the session, but there will be ample time for discussion during the poster session. Slides, in either PowerPoint or PDF format, must be provided to the conference organizers, either via email or via a usb storage unit, by 8pm on the day prior to the talk, to be uploaded onto the conference computer. This will reduce the risk of delays in the live session.

Posters

Posters should be prepared in A0 format (33-1.8 x 46-13/16 inches) or a similar size (e.g. 36 inches x 48 inches). We prefer that posters are prepared in portrait orientation. Posters can be prepared on either paper or fabric, and materials for hanging posters will be provided.
