Second Circular – Call for Abstracts
www.icmm2012.us is accepting submissions of abstracts online. A preliminary schedule of the ICMM program, list of invited speakers and details for registration can be found in the Second circular and on the other conference web pages. The conference will start with a reception ceremony on the evening of Sunday Oct. 7th. The main program will begin on the morning of Monday, October 8th, and close with a Banquet on the evening of Thursday, Oct. 11th. We anticipate approximately 70 presentations during the conference (4 plenary, 24 invited and around 40 contributed talks and “flash” presentations), and two poster sessions, allowing all participants to effectively disseminate their scientific work at the meeting. Tutorials will also be offered to students and postdocs on Sunday, Oct. 7th, at UCF. These will be presented by some of the plenary and invited speakers.
Important deadlines to remember:
Early conference registration rates are available until June 15th
The abstract submission deadline is August 15th (June 15th if applying for a student fellowship).
Online registration ends on September 1st
