Heather Donaldson, from Wilbur-by-the-Sea, Florida, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Florida. She is currently a Job Analyst at Acousti Engineering Company of Florida, and is conducting research at UCF on the topic of Rational vs Intuitive thinking in Human Resource Management. With her education, Heather hopes to inform and educate Executives and Management of the benefits of knowing and following good I/O practices in the workplace, especially with selection methods. Her hobbies include CrossFit, Running, Reading, Cooking.
