Miranda Pelkey, from Melbourne, Florida, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Central Florida. Her research focuses on discrimination in the selection process, moral self-licensing, and diversity training. Along with this, Miranda is passionate about using her Masters degree to gain more knowledge in discrimination, selection, organizational development, motivation, and personality. She hopes to one day obtain a Ph.D. and work in Organizational Development. Miranda’s hobbies include competitive hip-hop dance, painting, reading, and traveling.
