Megan Cochran, from Plant City, Florida, earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The Florida State University in 2012. She became interested in I/O Psychology because she enjoys leading business practices, while helping people make the most of their work-life. Megan is currently working on her thesis, which focuses on emotions and counterproductive work behaviors. She is also a Human Resources Analyst in Career Development at the Orange County Sheriff’s Office; in this position she is conducting an agency-wide Job Analysis project and contributing to Promotional Processes. Megan is hoping to obtain a wide array of experiences while working as a Master’s candidate in order to maintain flexibility and an open mind during her job search next year.
