Jennifer (Jen) Loglia, from Coral Springs, Florida, earned her B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Statistics from the University of Florida in 2001. Jen is interested in organizational development, effectiveness, and culture; she wants to put companies on Forbe’s “Top Companies to Work For” list. She’s also interested in dynamic workplaces and new technologies. Jen is currently writing her thesis on the use of emoticons in the workplace under Dr. Clint Bowers in RETRO Laboratory (ucfretrolab.org).
