Kirby Kinney, from Memphis, Tennessee, graduated from the University of Alabama in 2011 with a B.A. in Psychology and a Minor in Business.  After graduation, Kirby worked in the financial industry for a year before coming to the University of Central Florida to pursue a Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  Her interests involve personnel selection and performance appraisal.  She is currently conducting research in Dr. Dipboye’s lab focusing on personnel selection and human resource management.  She is also a Graduate Teaching Assistant for the Undergraduate Statistical Methods in Psychology Lab.  Kirby may be reached at:kirbykinney@knights.ucf.edu; (901) 491-1179; www.linkedin.com/kirbykinney
