Gina A. Anderson is from Menomonie, Wisconsin and earned her Psychology B.S. from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI. There, she conducted and published her research through McNair Scholars Program, Moti-faction: Retaining and Engaging Employees Using Motivation Profile Based Rewards, Modern Psychological Studies 17(2), 70-76.
Gina wishes to gain more experience in the fields of Organizational Development and Test Development. Her goal is to eventually own a consulting firm that will allow students to assist her with research and apply that research directly with her clients, bringing science and practice together.
