Kristin Buechel grew up in Tampa, Florida and attended Florida Southern College for her undergraduate degree, where she completed an honors thesis on the topic of group polarization. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a minor in Business Administration. Kristin is currently working in the research department at Disney, and is interested in selection and training. She is striving to expand her current role at Disney for a career in workforce planning, consumer insights, or human resources.
