Megan Geary, from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, graduated from Florida State University in April 2011 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Management and Psychology. Megan has always been very fascinated by the study of Business and Psychology and found Industrial-Organizational Psychology to be the perfect integration of these two passions. She was accepted into the Master’s program at the University of Central Florida in Fall of 2012 where she is assisting in the research for the “Truly Accomplished” system– primarily in the development of facilitator selection and training manuals, as well as data collection. She is eager to expand her knowledge of this field and ultimately aims to work in the area of employee selection, training and development. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with family and friends, in addition to camping, kayaking snorkeling and attending art festivals.
