Biography
Dr. Wilson’s research interests focus on comparative judicial politics and human rights in Latin America with a secondary interest in the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning. His research includes four books, two authored, two edited and has appeared in leading, peer-reviewed journals including Comparative Political Studies, the Journal of Latin American Studies, Comparative Politics, the Journal of Political Science Education, and College Teaching. He edited The Latin Americanist, an international, multi-disciplinary, peer-reviewed journal for six years and was a Co-editor of the Journal of Political Science Education for six years.
For more than fifteen years, Dr. Wilson was an Associated Research Professor, at the Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI) Bergen, Norway; currently, he is a Global Fellow at the Centre for LawTransform, Bergen, Norway.
