Dr. Senders’s Visit
- Doctor Senders is coming to UCF. He is speaking on July 31st in the evening at 5:00pm, in 303Q(?).
- Honorarium Funding
- James can’t make Wednesdays for meetings
- Shan and Ashley to step in for Wednesday after SONA is finished
- Submit funding request for Senders visit on the 18th. We still have no senator
- SGA in the secodn floor of student union at 4:30
- Where is he staying? Hancock’s house or hotels
- Who will be staying with him and moving him from place to place
- Adam and Ben have cars
- Talk to advisors and faculty for driving back and forth (morning and evening)
- Volunteers needed. Name and telephone adn availability (tour your lab, meet with your people)
- APA maybe not everyday: tour labs
- “On call” rides for someone he can get a hold of

HFES Conference Funding
- Currently 11 people requested funding
- It would be useful to have more people request funding
- 15 or more is desired
- $200 from Psych matching what we give
- Recognized with bank account and needs to be recognied through SGA and possible HFES national chapter.
- Reach out and ask people if they are accepted and need funding
