Office next to greeting desk is pending for club use (Julian needs to clear)
Chapter has Classic Video Game Collection
- Fundraising event (potentially game contest HF tshirts, etc.)
- Funding for office suppliers available -> Tshirts
Logo Contest: good for default on FBook page
- In charge of logo contest: Shan and Adam (Ashley and Ben for support)
- Top 3 images for general vote -> bonkerz tickets to give away.
Fundraising
- letterhead for Bonkerz, Amway, and Coldstone
- Bon apetit (crepe place on campus, 20% of proceeds go toward funding)
- Possible meeting at Mellow Mushroom (20% off for group outings); end of semester group outing?
- Possibly Kyoto and Center Plate Concessions (Ashley to contact Concessions)

- Outreach: Invite Melissa (Jurate in person; Ashley via email)
- Reminder email to student body= introduce Melissa; icebreaker game/recommended questions
