Science Fair (April 09)
Joe will email details of what, where, when
Past winners of the Science Fairs strongly encouraged to join since you’ll probably know what you’re talking about (i.e.sponges, carpets, lemon juice), the rest please feel free to contribute to the next gen of budding scientists (or, go there and learn something!)
T-shirts
We’re printing AEHF t-shirts and/or other fun t-shirts with fund-raising potential
Carrie to give ideas to Brittany, Brittany to liaise with Scott for contacts
The rest: buy/sell/wear the t-shirts when they come out (prob about $6ish each)
Elections
Elections for AEHF office positions are up, now open for nominations – email Joe your nominations (if too shy to nominate yourself, get a friend to do it).
Ergonomic Analyses of office workspace
Someone has requested for help to conduct analyses of an office space/workstations etc. This is a work opportunity, chance to apply HF knowledge in practical way.

Field trip(s)
NASA (very very likely we’re going, just need to decide when). We wanna try to get into “Area 51” ‘cos Grant can’t take pictures of it to show us. Possibly one of the weekends or during Spring break. SGA tickets are $20/head.
Hyperbaric Chamber at Florida Hospital – possibly after Spring semester, at start of Summer? Carrie’s contact can get us in.
SeaWorld – we like this ‘cos the ticket will get you in for the entire year to see Shamu’s growth stages
New Chapter Logo
2 types – (i) regular logo for t-shirts and memorabilia, (ii) large montage to put in AEHF lounge possibly.
Scott and Heather’s friend will work on this. Possibly…
Mixer 1
This Thursday (5 Mar) at Houlihans. We’re also deciding on the NASA date then, so come if you wanna be heard…. but speak up cos Joe’s playing! (which i’m sure will be great!)
Mixer 2
Brittany’s house (I hear there’s a pool?) We get to play with her “tiki-tiki” things. Will be fun!
