Roughly 2 hour meeting, decide how much we are going to request $500 from National Chapter- w/ option to ask for more later

- First General Meeting- Next Tuesday 6pm (game night)
- Super Hero Party- Different Theme? Venue Problem… Ideas for new location
- Happy Hours (Tim)- possibly every month or every three weeks, location TBD
- Guest Speakers (Alyssa & Julissa) Kramer-help in promoting and email communications
- Ph.D. Candidate Symposium (Adam) – shoot for as many ABD students as possible
- Virtual Symposium- Possibly extend to other schools (Ashley- communications)
- ATC Field Trip (Jen) – Feb 4th? Feb 11th?
- End of Year BBQ (Tim)- Same location as last year? Possible Lake Claire (free)
- Disney/Universal (Jen & Lexi)- in May, try to subsidize, if not $60 for Universal, $65 for Disney
- Outreach- Present in psych intro classes, promote to community more so than in other disciplines, organize demonstrations
Fundraising
Start communications/writing in April for HFES funding for social event
Raise money through: Sweet, Five Guys, Tijuana Flats, Cici’s Pizza, etc.
Think of ways to raise money for next week
