The HFES student chapter is here to support and advocate for its members in human factors and ergonomics. We do this through various means:
Networking
Through various social events, out chapter helps members connect with each other and with members of the HF/E community.
Funding
Every year, the student chapter works hard at providing conference-related travel funding to the HFES annual meeting and other events.
Education
Improving the knowledge-base of our members is important for their career development. We do this through seminars, special events, and workshops.
Community
Our chapter seeks to make a positive impact in the local community. Through community events, such as STEM day activities and judging at science fairs, chapter members put their skills to help.
