Orlando’s 40 Under 40 Includes COS Alumni

Three graduates from the UCF College of Sciences will be honored with the 2015 40 under 40 Award. The Orlando Business Journal announced the alumni in this year’s 40 Under 40 Awards, recognizing Central Florida’s brightest young business leaders based on demonstrated business success over the past 12 to 18 months.

Of the 40 recognized, the three UCF College of Sciences alumni awarded are:

Rachelle Lucas, ’00 – Advertising and Public-Relations – The Travel Bite

Beth Smith, ’04 – Organizational Communication – Orlando Health

Jennifer Wakefield, ’07 – Communication, MA – Orlando EDC

The Award presentation will be held Thursday, October 15, at the new Audi North Orlando showroom for an evening of recognition and celebration.
