Biography

Donna Lockhart is a professional market researcher using qualitative and quantitative methods with multivariate statistical techniques to produce actionable insights that drive business results. Over her career, she has consulted in the areas of guest satisfaction, concept/product testing, consumer behavior and segmentation, ad testing, go-to-market strategy and needs assessments, sales strategy and commissions, employee engagement and workforce analytics. Her published work focused on the relationship between employee attitudes and their work environment.

Donna began her career at International Communications Research (ICR) working with large global companies in designing customized research. When she joined the most “magical place on earth” she found her home; she has always lived her life and pursued her ambitions based on the philosophy of Walt Disney, to “Keep Moving Forward.” Currently, Donna leads the consumer insight team dedicated to the Disney Consumer Products division, consulting globally in product and affinity research. Her chosen highlights of her Disney career include living in Hong Kong leading the research functions at Hong Kong Disneyland, and at Walt Disney World, overseeing the inaugural Professional Internship program for the Consumer Insight department. She received her B.S. in Statistics from University of Central Florida in 2003 and her Executive M.B.A. from Rollins College in 2013. She was a recipient of the UCF Distinguished Alumni Award in 2019. Always learning, Donna is pursuing fluency in Spanish and achieving business proficiency in French.
