Biography

Tracey L. Olaez is the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement at the University of Central Florida, where she supports alumni from the College of Sciences. She is a Certified Nonprofit Professional with the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance and holds a Certificate in Nonprofit Management. Tracey is a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida and earned her MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Tracey’s career in the nonprofit sector began as an AmeriCorps National Service member with Public Allies Central Florida. Most recently, she served as the Membership Manager for the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy & Nonprofit Leadership at Rollins College, managing an association of over 400 nonprofit businesses in Central Florida. In this role, she built programming, designed, and executed communications, and drove membership sales, recruitment, and retention strategies. Prior to that, she worked for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Metro Orlando, supporting their mission through grant research and writing, volunteer management, and special projects.

Tracey volunteers with leadership organizations including Orlando Global Shapers, Central Florida Public Media, and the Public Allies National Alumni Council. She is an active member of ALPFA and the American Society of Association Executives. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and camping with her husband and family.
