COMPACT, a COMplex PlAsma faCiliTy, represents the most recent, state of the art concept of a multi-particle experiment facility for the ISS. Development of COMPACT is a joint international effort.

 

The SDT hosted the  1st Science Definition Workshop for this next-generation facility January 2021.
