Student Professionals for Industrial/Organizational Psychology (SPIOP) is a registered student organization that aims to provide professional, developmental, and social opportunities for undergraduate and graduate students at UCF that are interested in the thriving field of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

Additionally, each year, SPIOP petitions to receive funding from UCF’s Student Government Association to help fund each SPIOP member to attend the annual conference of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) that is held every April. This conference is the premier meeting of researchers and practitioners in the field of I/O psychology and is Division 14 of the American Psychological Association. Many faculty and graduate students as well as some undergraduate students from UCF present research or other presentations at this annual conference.

To become a SPIOP member, please visit the Membership section of our website.
