Biography

MD Suhail Islam is a Ph.D. student in Integrative Anthropological Sciences at University of Central Florida. He earned his B.S.S. and M.S.S. degrees in Anthropology from University of Dhaka. His academic interests focus on medical and psychological anthropology, with particular attention to mental health, cultural experience, and the psychosocial dimensions of human behavior. His research examines how cultural systems shape emotional life, identity, stress management and experiences of wellbeing in modern societies.
