Apprenticeship Model
The Anthropology graduate programs follow an apprenticeship model in which students work closely with a faculty advisor throughout their degree. Faculty mentors provide guidance on coursework, research, professional development, and degree milestones. Because faculty mentorship is central to the program, admission is contingent upon the availability of and fit with a graduate advisor.
