Biography
Nichole Carminati is a medical and cultural anthropologist who earned her B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida in 2015 and later completed her M.A. in Anthropology at UCF. Her thesis examined the reintegration experiences of veterans during their first year of transition.
Nichole works in the insurance industry, handling casualty claims involving contracts and litigation. She serves as a trainer for Florida jurisdictional statutes and as a mentor for new hires. She has also served as Career Chair for Veterans and Allies on the Southeast Diversity and Inclusion Employee Resource Group. Additionally, she has been a guest speaker for insurance law classes taught by Professor Antoine Daniels, Esq.
A post-9/11 veteran of the United States Navy, Nichole is interested in studying stress exposure and disease, gender studies, and policies and procedures.
