With a robust background spanning research administration, IRB coordination, and clinical trial operations, she specializes in regulatory compliance and award lifecycle management. Carolina is a certified clinical research professional who has successfully facilitated cross-departmental collaborations and expert working groups for the NIH. She holds a degree from UCF and brings comprehensive bilingual clinical administration experience to her current position. Outside of work, Carolina enjoys staying active and spending time with her family.
