As the Contracts and Grants Specialist IV for the College of Sciences Pre-Award Office, Jaime Davis supports Chemistry faculty in the development and submission of externally funded research proposals. Her responsibilities include pre-submission compliance review, budget development and justification, and coordination across multi-institutional teams for submissions to a wide range of federal and non-federal sponsors. She works closely with principal investigators from proposal initiation through submission, ensuring all sponsor requirements and university policies are met. Jaime serves as the primary point of contact for Chemistry faculty and staff with pre-award questions and concerns.
