Hotel
The conference hotel will be the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Orlando East-UCF Area
The reservation period for the conference rate has passed. Please visit the hotel website directly here to make a reservation, or utilize one of the other hotels in the area (click here to browse Google Maps).
Parking and Transportation
There will not be a shuttle between the hotel and event venue. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will have reserved parking spaces for attendees in a lot next to the venue at Morgridge International Reading Center. Currently, that will be in Lot B5 as shown here on this map, with MIRC being the event venue.
If you are not renting a car or using a personal vehicle, you can use the venue address at the top of the page for using a taxi or ride service to the venue.
For those inclined to take advantage of the weather in Florida, it is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel to the venue.
