The University of Central Florida ICCAE is offering a Student Research Award for undergraduate students conducting research related to intelligence and national security, broadly understood. Undergraduate students doing an Honors-in-Major thesis, conference paper, independent study, or other faculty-supervised project that relates to intelligence and national security are eligible to apply.
While the ICCAE is located in the School of Politics, Security, and International Affairs, students in other social sciences, STEM fields, engineering, the humanities, and other programs are eligible to apply if their project will enhance their knowledge and skills in areas that are beneficial to a career in intelligence and national security. The awards are designed to support student research expenses and applicants can request up to $1,000. Funds will not be awarded to support travel to conferences present findings.

Show that they are engaging in course work that is relevant to a future career in intelligence or national security | A resume or CV |
Be a U.S. citizen | A one page description of your project, with a timeline on how long it will take to complete the project and a paragraph on how the student would use the money |
A letter of recommendation from the student's faculty supervisor |
