Biography
Dr. Daws is an adjunct professor and cultural anthropologist with a specialization in food studies, urban agriculture, food security, nutrition, and sustainability. Her research focuses on community supported agriculture (CSA), green public spaces, and urban gardening in the Metro-Orlando area. Dr. Daws received her M.A. and Ph.D. in Anthropology at the University of Central Florida (UCF).
