Last year, UCF again achieved 100 percent compliance for the Code of Conduct refresher training, and I want to thank you for doing your part to make this happen.
On Monday, September 9, 2024, you will automatically be assigned the 2024 UCF Employee Code of Conduct Refresher Training, and you will receive a system-generated email with information on how to access the course in Workday. All non-student employees must complete the training no later than October 9, 2024. The course should take you approximately 20 minutes to complete.
This year’s mandatory refresher training will include interactive videos, available in both English and Spanish, on topics outlined in our Code of Conduct including Intellectual Property, Privacy and Confidential Information, and Use of Social Media. Also included as part of this year’s mandatory training is the Drug Free Schools and Workplace Notice and the President’s Statement Regarding Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action, which are required to be distributed to all employees annually. Please read the notices to familiarize yourself with the university’s requirements, as well as available programs supporting these important topics.
Please be on the lookout for the September 9th email with instructions to access and complete the course by October 9, 2024.
