Classroom Facilities Support

For issues relating to the room’s facilities infrastructure (i.e., electrical, plumbing, ceiling light replacement, broken locks / doors, etc) or furniture, please submit a Facilities Operations Customer Request Form or call the Work Control Center at (407) 823-5223.

Classroom Technology Support

For technology issues related to a class that is happening right now, call the UCF IT Support Center at 407-823-5117 or submit a Multimedia Support Request with UCF IT in the ServiceNow portal.

  • Click on Report an Issue
  • Log in with your NID and NID password
  • Click on Multimedia Support Request
  • Fill out the request and submit.

Technology Fee

The 2007 Florida Legislature amended Florida Statutes, Section 1009.24, to establish a technology fee beginning with the fall term of the 2009-2010 academic year. The revenue from this fee is be used to enhance instructional technology resources for students and faculty. UCF’s Technology Fee proposal process is described on the Academic Affairs Business Center Technology Fee webpage.

COS Facilities helps coordinate the collection and submission of Tech Fee proposals for the college in order to be reviewed and ranked by the Dean. This collection process begins in late spring for the annual summer submission deadline.
